It sounds like Riot of the Void was severely nerfed. So that is no longer a good way to level beyond probably 18-19.

It also looks like spellslinger heals got a pretty large nerf, as well as stalker DPS.

Challenges no longer grant Faction rep.

Though it does sound like dungeon bosses now have a chance to drop a rare class amp each time.

How dare they nerf my precious SS!?

I was strongly leaning toward SS heals for launch and now im uncertain. Prob still SS, but I hear SS got a roughly 10% dps loss because of some new clunky mechanics with Surge / FB
